Seasonal Campground update - April 16, 2026
We hope you're enjoying your week - it won't be long now until these warmer days will be spent at the campground!
However, we're not quite there yet. The gates at River Place will remain closed this weekend as the roads are still too wet and soft to drive on without causing potential damage. Water and hydro are both still off throughout the campground.
Please keep an eye on your email inbox - we plan to send out another update next week.

STARFEST:
The campground will once again be the host to the NYAA Starfest from August 13 to August 16, 2026.
River Place staff do not look after site bookings for those staying for Starfest.
Please contact NYAA organizers directly for accommodations at River Place during Starfest.
We look forward to having the stargazers back!
During Starfest, our staff will close the main washrooms when they are cleaning them in order to efficently clean. Please use a port-a-potty when the main washrooms are closed.
The Campground office at River Place is currently closed, but is operating from the Pike Lake Golf Centre Limited office.
For Overnight Campsite reservations or any questions or concerns, please call the Pike Lake Office at 1-800-265-2551 ext. 243 OR email mgreen@riverplacecampground.com If you reach our voicemail, please leave a detailed message and indicate that you're looking for a campsite at River Place.
The office at Pike Lake is currently open Mondays to Fridays 9am to 4pm.
